Glass Avalanche...
"have burst out of nowhere to become one of the most talked about Boro bands for years! Mixing the best bits of Strike Anywhere, A Wilhem Scream and Strung Out, their fast paced tight-as-you-like punk-rock sounds have seen them wow crowds at every gig they've played so far. Head over to their myspace page and give "Bloodshot Eyes" a listen. If it's not one of the finest examples of punk-rock you've ever heard, you need new ears. "
No School Reunion...?
"They signed a development deal with Deceptive Records (Elastica,Collapsed Lung) in the 90's, were given £600 to record a single in London but chose to take the money to Studio 64 a record a 12 track concept album called "chicken in the shop". After obviously being dropped they changed their name to Skeat and were signed to Prestige Management, home to McFly. Disillusioned with the labels obsession with pop music and money, they left, split and the members continue to rock in their own special ways. Stu Hanna is front man of art-folk duo Megson. Phil, Kev and Ian formed No School Reunion and made a rule of only playing 1 gig per year. This will be their third this year. Great scot!"
